跳出自己看自己
俗话说当局者迷，旁观者清
道理谁都懂，可是能真正跳出迷局审视自己的人很少
如果真的有灵魂的话
我希望我的灵魂能够飞出我的肉身，飘荡于天地间，审视这个世界，审视我自己
站在一个客观公平公正的角度，来看自己
如何做到？
当然不能以自己为中心
那样子会越陷越深致不可自拨
多经历，多汲取，多思考
把自己当成是一个与“我”如影相随的另外一个人，无论做什么事情，经历什么，都站在边上，冷眼旁观
在黑暗中，在独处时
闭上眼睛问问那个自己
我做得怎么样？我应该如何去做？
需要修炼
肉体上的，心灵上的
当然，别最后成了精神分裂哦！
